Stanard Family Assisted Living Center is certified through the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals and is staffed by licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants and universal workers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each living unit at Standard Center is equipped with a call light for emergencies. Meals are provided in our gracious dining rooms. Escort service is available for those needing assistance and tray service is available in the event of illness. Each resident has a personal key for his/her unit and may decorate it to reflect personal tastes. Each resident is assessed by a licensed nurse prior to moving in and when condition changes occur. Regular health screenings are also available. Communication of any health concerns/changes is a necessity between each resident and nurse. What your fees cover
The monthly fee for basic services provided in Stanard Family Assisted Living Center is billed at the beginning of each month. Additional fee-for-service items are available to residents. A one-time entrance fee of $2,000/single, $3,500/couple is required. Basic services include: Utilities - Heat, air, conditioning, electricity, water, sewer and cable
