We can’t care for others well if we’re not caring for ourselves. That’s why we offer competitive pay, flexible paid time off (PTO) that starts to accrue on day one, a generous matching 401(K) plan to save for the future, student loan or tuition reimbursement, wellness reimbursement and more.
Employees matter at Western Home Communities. They’re at the core of what we do and part of our mission: …to assertively create fulfilling lifestyles for residents, their families and our employees.
The work we do matters. You’ll find a sense of purpose as you work with others to create fulfilling lifestyles. And you’ll have fun doing it! Bring your family to our free pool parties in the summer. Walk with us in local parades. Go on outings with residents. Enjoy your paid time off. Best of all, live each day knowing you make a difference at work.
