Receptionist-Independent Living

Home Health Aide-CNA

Direct Care Professional
Get paid to learn and be prepared to start your new career with this full-time class to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Includes classroom and clinical training for preparation to take CNA exam. Once certified, may work in either skilled nursing or home health at Western Home Communities.  Click here for details.


Resident Assistant (Assisted Living)
Part-Time or Part-Time 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

LPN/RN
Full-Time or Part-Time 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

RN-Service Plan Coordinator
Part-Time, position available in Stanard Family Assisted Living

Housekeeper
Full-Time 7:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Universal Worker (Independent Living)
Part-Time 2nd shift, every other weekend. Responsible for cleaning independent living units/apartments.

Cook
Part-Time (Must be available between 11am-7:30pm)

Wait Staff
Part-Time (3:30pm-7:00pm)
                                                         
Transportation Assistant
Casual Part-Time (as needed) position.  Responsible for driving residents to appointments and community events. CDL with passenger endorsement required or willingness to obtain within 30 days. Position subject to random drug testing.

Executive Chef
Full-Time Exempt Position.  Responsible for implementing and supporting all food related programs including the food production of resident meals, guest/employee retail operations, and catering functions. Duties include menu development, inventory, ordering/purchasing, food cost controls, training, sanitation, and personnel management. The day to day responsiblities ensure compliance with regulatory standards and work toward improving systems and processes. Responsible for promoting the professional growth and development of their team.
