Where do SureCare caregivers come from?
A careful screening process is followed for each and every SureCare caregiver that is brought into the organization. This process, finely tuned over the past 25 years, provides not only reliability but also a caring person matched to your specific situation. Staff screenings determine such things as skill levels, personality traits, reliability, and trustworthiness. First and foremost we also search for that one element that makes a caregiver really special... a heart for caring. SureCare also does reference checks, criminal background checks and CPR training.
